Oregon Coast Aquarium Entry Addition

To protect visitors from inclement weather, the Oregon Coast Aquarium commissioned a wooden cover outside the gift shop.  The shelter provides refuge and blends with the building’s other wooden covers.  It compliments the main entrance, with which it shares a plaza. Its transparent resin roof keeps visitors dry while allowing light through.  On each side, signage is incorporated to advertise Aquarium events.  Photography by Oregon Coast Images
