Durbano Residence

The slope of the hill and a strict height limit of this lot in Lincoln City didn’t seem to allow for the large house or the cottage style roof forms the owners desired. After a few creative eave configurations and overhang manipulations, the Durbano Residence is a three story home masquerading as a two story house. It has a low slope roof pretending to be a steeply pitched-roof.  The large cottage fit on the site after all.   Photography by 365 Creative Co.
