Floating House

Floating House was an intense structural challenge of balancing the requirements of a geological setback while creating spaces that are intimately connected to the sea.  This home’s 25-foot cantilever creates incredible architectural opportunities for the home by allowing each room to leverage massive views of the Pacific Ocean and Netarts Bay.  Photography by David Papazian Photography Inc. and 365 Creative Co.
