Mo’s Restaurant Portland Airport

Mo’s is now serving their famous chowder at the Portland Airport. From the concourse, customers queue between stanchions made to look like dock pilings connected by nautical rope. Through an open pass through window, they can watch the activity in the kitchen. Access to the kitchen can be found through a wall shaped to mimic the hull of a fishing boat. On the opposite wall, historic photos hang on reclaimed wood planks.  Photography by Megan Ashley Photography
