Walters Residence

In historic Depoe Bay, this project converts an oceanfront commercial building into two apartments. The flat roof is replaced with a sloped roof that will vault over the living space to maximize views out to the sea. Beyond expansive window walls, spacious decks employ windbreaks to facilitate outdoor coastal living. An example of small space living, each apartment is only 1,260 square feet.
