Yaquina Industrial Park

McClain Point is an underutilized area in Newport intended to serve industrial and water-related uses.  Yaquina Industrial Park will provide four flexible warehouse buildings with adjacent secure yard areas and parking.  These warehouses can be partitioned a variety of ways to serve small and large companies alike.  Each tenant can have a storefront office area, covered loading bay, high-bay warehouse space, fenced and a covered yard area.
